The Early Years is now for sale

We barely finished working on our EP this week, but it’s done. We will have CDs for sale at our show tonight. Sometime next week we’ll be uploading to iTunes, Rhapsody and Napster, so if you can’t make it to the show you’ll be able to go to those.

New songs have been uploaded to our myspace though they haven’t been approved yet. Swing by there in the next day or so and take a listen.

We finished recording all of the vocals today. Tomorrow we begin mixing. Looking forward to having a finished EP and getting it to you all. We’ve put a lot of work into this band and this EP in a very short amount of time and pretty soon we’ll be on stage enjoying the fruits of our efforts. It feels damn good. In addition to such progress on the EP, we took a lot of promo pictures this weekend. Check out our flickr for the pictures. That’s all for now.

We tracked all of the bass parts recently and are now editing down everything we have. More vocals? will be recorded next week. Mixing will also occur next week. Been super busy. We will have some new photos up early next week too. Stay Tuned.

We’re in the studio this weekend recording The Early Years EP. We’ll post some rough mixes shortly, focus this weekend is on drums, guitars and bass. Vocals will come next week. Also expect to see some more photos pop up on our flickr.

Lyrics and album change

I’ve posted the lyrics for all of the songs that will be included on the EP “ The Early Years” on the Media page. I also changed the line up of songs on said EP. “Yell Dance Kill Squad” is now taking the place of “Wookies taste like BBQ.” That’s all for now, we have another practice Sunday and will be taking more photos (with the full band) and we’re also hoping to get our shirts made. Really looking forward to our show.
